Newly furnished and equipped in 2026, this spacious 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa welcomes up to 12 guests, with beautiful ocean views and generous indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy together.

**Bedrooms & Bathrooms**

The bedrooms are spread over two floors:

On the ground floor, you’ll find two bedrooms and one bathroom. One bedroom has a king-size bed, while the other has two queen-size beds.

Upstairs, the master bedroom features a king-size bed and its own ensuite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, share the third bathroom.

With four king-size beds and two queen-size beds in total, the villa offers a comfortable layout for families and groups of friends.

**Space to Gather & Unwind**

The large indoor and outdoor living areas offer multiple seating spaces, giving everyone room to relax. Gather around the very large dining table, which accommodates the entire group, for leisurely meals and evenings together.

Enjoy a drink at your private bar, keep up your routine in the private gym, or spend the afternoon cooling off in your private swimming pool while taking in the ocean views.

**Accessibility**

A few steps lead up to the villa’s entrance, so the property is not wheelchair accessible. The three upstairs bedrooms are also reached by stairs. Please keep this in mind when booking for guests with limited mobility.

Pelican is a quiet neighborhood just around the corner of all action you might be looking for. Super close to casinos, restaurants and for instance the Red Piano. Of course the beach is at minutes walking distance too. Wether you want a quiet vacation or want to enjoy all the excitement of the island both is possible while staying in this beautiful villa with breathtaking views.

There are so many things to do in less than a 5 minute walk or drive.

Of course you can rent a car as there are so many places to visit at both sides of the island. We have a gated parking too!

Numerous bars, restaurants, supermarkets, activities, marinas with ferries to other islands are close to home. There are shops, spa's, a golf course, marinas with ferries to other islands, water sports and a movie theater. The capitols Philipsburg on the Dutch side and Marigot on the French side offer duty free shopping and local markets. Visit Pinel Island for a great day on the beach or go to Grand Case for a French dining experience. One of the things St Maarten is famous for is the sight of the planes landing on Juliana airport. Just past the airport you will find the famous Sunset Beach Bar and Driftwood bar where the planes practically land on your head.

The Villa can also be rented as a 7 bedroom by adding the 2 one bedroom apartments that are next to it. The group can be as large as 18 guests when adding both apartments.
